d. Return the item to our designated return address using the reliable shipping method of your choice. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Refund or Exchange:

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange according to your preference:

Refunds: If you choose to refund, we will refund to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
